Dock Beams

I'm designing a dock with an "L" head. Span tables for stringers (joists) are easy to find; but, I have yet to come across a useful table for pile caps (dock beams).

Ideally, I'd like to build the 10x12 or 12x12 pier head (deck) on 4 poles. My pile caps (beams) would have to span 12'. Does anyone know of a useful table or engineering document? All I can find are variants of this: https://www.sussexcountyva.gov/uploa...r%20Detail.pdf

...which is great. Except it doesn't cover "bays" larger than 6x10.

Thank you!
