Around here you would have 100 acres, no neighbors, a nice 2500 sqft house and a huge separate shop for that kind of money.

Rather see trees and no neighbors than the ocean for that price.

House look fairly large though.

Using this tub with a rope tied to it and slid it down and dumped it, while a guy shoveled it into a dump trailer on that equestrian trail below. I'll bring materials through the garage. I'm thinking of building a temporary platform to roll joists off to the left of the deck. Still working on that. But a great question.

We cut a section of fence out below.

I didnt see any dimensions for the holes. I saw you mentioned 5' deep. Looks to be 3 or 4' square. 10 piers. Thats 30 yards at 4x4x5. That's alot to move by hand. I can't really see your print but it looks like youve got a handful of smaller ones off the side.

So are you going to run the pump truck hose thru the garage?

What about that wall at the patio? I see you took a couple rows of block off. How are you going to finish that off/incorporate it into the deck?

Thats a nice project. I like the ones that make you think but i hate it if they keep me up at night.

This is quite the project Mike.

Did they "wet set" the post brackets? Difficult work for sure. I always worry about the concrete pump either having a blowout, or getting plugged up. I hate that stress...

That's where it's nice that the ready mix companies now usually do the pump ordering, if the pumper screws up another one can be brought out, save the day.

I had them run the pump hose in through a somewhat safe area. I can't for the life of me figure out why they don't have better connections in the hose sections. One snag and it's a blowout.
