Yup, I noticed that. Can't explain it, but they had a great distinctive flavor.

Nobody I mean nobody around here gets cable railing. I feel like they won the lottery if they ask for upgrade ballusters.

You can do herringbone or some other design in the decking but to me it's the railing that makes it happen asthetically. Different colors, different configurations, different materials. Come on people let's kick it up a notch

There was 13k in just stainless on that job. That doesn't include the composite nor the labor.

Wow. Just wow.
There aren't many of us here that get the accolades, the coverage and exposure you do.
My hat is off to you. You are to be commended.

A touch of perfectionism, a little OCD, and a lot of expertise gets you a deck like that.

Oh, and a wallet.

Re: Deck Over A Steep Grade. ( 2:1 )

Just got this text from my client.

"My neighbor next door sold their house and the new owner came over to my house yesterday to look at my deck. The house sold in one day and Iím told by the realtor that one of the major buying points is that he wants to have a Deck much like the one you built me. Heís owns a very successful dental practice. His back yard is easily double the width of mine so I have a feeling thereís a good chance you may be building an even larger deck over here. As always I never disclose any costs that Iíve paid."
