6x6 Fence Posts On Concrete Wall Blocks

I have a customer that is building a 12 unit residential building we are installing glass railings. He also asked me to quote on a new 288' PT wood fence 6' high using 6x6 mounted on top of a Redi-Rock retaining wall http://redi-rock.com . The slabs weigh about a ton each. The retaining wall is a maximum of 2' high around the yard area. The specs don't give me a post bracket to use but it must be approved by a structural engineer and be attached to wall using 12" threaded rod cored and epoxy in 4 places.
I can get brackets fabricated but I was trying to find an existing post anchor base bracket. I see Simpson Strong Tie has some and Titan but they don't seem strong enough. I also found Sturdi-Wall Post Barn brackets. Please advise if you know of any.
