..

I know Tom....

I did that already....toooooooo many places to choose from...

Thought someone could narrow it down ...

Just looking for the best place to get them from....

Pricing.....Quality....

I like these defuser's.....doesn't wash the room with light

Sounds like a feeble question...... But I do appreciate the input, recommendations..........

Thanks Tom...

Thanks,

B,
This is my first post, so please. Each of the trades has a unique language.

It's a really good question and knowing a little about lighting, I looked it up. (lingo is handy)

I'm not clear if you're replacing a regular flat lens in a 2x4 lay in troffer or just reducing size of the cubes in an existing parabolic. Parabolic housings are usually deeper.

If you know the manufacturer, that would make it much easier. Then you have to find out who to ask. (I just found some low profile crate type lenses that might work. An old timer with a good heart would lead you straight.)

So, here I am researching specs on door and lens options. And hey, ho! That's why I love lighting. Always something new to learn.

Be warned. Lighting bugs will also ask about the application and be driven to suggest the most eye soothing options. Can't help it. Ahem, that would be direct/indirect retrofit with perforated diffuser. That's easy on the eyes!

With respect,
Jenna
