Gas Insert Fireplace Wiring - 110v/LV

This may seem like a newbie question but I'm looking for some insight as to how this fireplace gets wired.

The particular unit I bought has the intellifire ignition system (see instructions below) with a fan and switch.

To understand this correctly, I bring a 110v 14-2 home run from the panel to the fireplace (''appliance'') junction box and then a LV wire from the fireplace (''appliance'') junction box to the wall switch.

If that is the case, can I wire a regular decora switch on the LV line to run both the ignitor and the fan?

Any insight is greatly appreciated. There is something I could be missing I'm just confused as to how this is wired correctly.

Thanks!

The fan comes with its own wiring diagram, which isn't included in the documents you posted - they only cover the ignition. You need to find the fan wiring instructions and diagram. How the fan connects and is switched depends on the manufacturer, the model, and often your choice of switch on the appliance, in the wall, or remote control.

Find that wiring diagram.
