Texture Same As Level 4?

In BC I have heard that the price for a smooth ceiling is the same as a textured one.
Typically I coat everything twice with no sanding when it's going to get a texture, as opposed to three-four coats plus final sand, so my labor is probably less with a texture.
Would it be fair to charge the same for either?

THings are done differantly all over the place. In my neck of the woods, we charge the same, in other words we charge x amount per board. Same for either. Then we charge another price for the textureing.

Don't know if that was clear or not,,

example 100 brd job,, say $20/brd for either slick or knock down

then 45 cent/ft for knockdown.

these are just numbers pulled out fo the air to illistrate the point.

Fair?

If you can get it, take it.

You can't take it, you don't get it.

drywall finishers and textures to be applied in a home takes a good amount of time..... as a professional drywall contractor in Hawaii. We believe to call our remodeling contractors for home remodeling services ASAP..........
