Northern California!!!


Ive been talking to some guys out here in my area latley
and im surprised to here that the price for hanging,tape/mud & text
is about 2.15 sf for remodel!!

just wondering how does that price sound.
and what do you think is fair for scrape/texture (popcorn)

Are you thinking that's high or low? Including materials or no?

Everybodies cost is different. Too many variables to just blurt out square footage costs.

2.15sq/ft remodel for finished rock, ready for primer?
in the Bay Area ??

Sounds like u should hire them before they starve to death.

so do you think 2.15 is high or low cause I think its low!!
im not gonna do 10,000 sf so for my smaller jobs im thinking I should be higher???
how is it in your neck of the woods...
