Poured Addition Wall Fix

I have an 3' x 20' addition that is sitting on top of a poured wall. The poured wall is about 3 feet from the main foundation. The poured wall has cracked in the middle and has pushed in. To fix it I was going to dig out the outside of the poured wall and use the foundation and push the wall back into place. After it is in place I am wanting the wrap the broken wall with wire mesh then coat that with surface bonding cement.

What kind of wire mesh should I use?

Suggestions on a better fix?
