Re: Ornamental Stone Fence Failure

That is a tragedy for sure. A similar situation occurred in a mall about 50 miles from me.

Re: Ornamental Stone Fence Failure

This man and wife killed their kid through their cheapness...

50 $ of stone anchors/ rods and 50.00$ of skilled labor.....= safe 100 year rail.

I will pray for the girl, and pray they NEVER have anymore kids.

If someone left the baby in a hot car, they'd already be doing time....

money for a stone rail, just not enough for safe stone rail that a 50 pound kid can pull/lean on.

Now the home is not in a salable condition with all the non-code work that has been done.

If a Honest contractor with LEGAL workers had done this, It would be front page news across the Nation.

Another dead kid from "open borders" and failure to indite the employers of illegal Alien workers.

America slides a little further down hill toward being just another $%^&-house Nation.
I might be an Idiot, but I know things that You don't: Please wait till after you get my know-how to insult me....

Really, really terrible story. A good reminder to do things the right way and not take shortcuts.

Re: Ornamental Stone Fence Failure

This demonstrates a major reason why DIYers depress me. A little knowledge is a dangerous thing.
