WTB, Bosch 1584AVSK Jig Saw

Really that is all I want.

Looking for this one:

Want to put a coping foot on it and leave it dedicated for that purpose.

That saw is 2 models old and is the last one they made that fits the coping foot right out of the box.

If they have one, get me the location and I can get the depot here to transfer it in.

You tease.

I may have to buy Festool's just because I know it fits on their jig saw.

300 bucks for a one trick pony is starting to push it even for me.

I know, I spent a good part of the day looking for them.

Collin's says their foot will not fit the 1590 and 1591's.

The brand new one's coming out November are the same foot as the 90 and 91 so that seems like a no go.

Don't trust the used one on Amazon.

I sent email's earlier today to acme and sunrise.

If I have to spend 175 bucks on it, I will just get the darn Trion then.

The Bosch is the jigsaw I have had for a while now, my 2nd one. The first one blew up after 15 years.

I have a 1587 D handle, it is fine. I have had it for years.

I want a barrel grip for cutting from underneath the work piece.

Like I said, I know the coping foot bolts right on the Festool Trion.

I am just not a huge fan of that jigsaw.

Warner, sounds like you're down to 2 choices Fleabay and pawnshops.
If you find this elusive saw, will you paint it to match the Green collection?

Re: WTB, Bosch 1584AVSK Jig Saw

For some unknown reason Festool doesn't have a variable speed trigger on their jig saws. They suck. Only time I've had to use their 30 day return policy.

Re: WTB, Bosch 1584AVSK Jig Saw

I think my D-handle 1587 has the speed control dial on the trigger.

I am used to the separate speed control dials on my other festool's though.

The brand new bosh jig saw has the control all the way at the back.

Edit: i guess they are still a variable speed trigger with amounts to a limiter on the bosch.

I just dont like the line of sight on the Trion.

My Bosch barrel JS has a speed dial and an on off switch.

Re: WTB, Bosch 1584AVSK Jig Saw

Warner try calling Bosch CPO. I picked up the same saw for the same exact purpose a year agao for $127 shipped. I wound up calling and asking if they had it as it wasn't listed on the web and they had it.

I also keep it in a Tanos Systainer!
