That Mafell should be nice Mike! I like the scoring feature and the pop open blade guard. Curious to hear what you think about it. You'll sell the TS.

Thanks over, I just made a phone call and sold it. I even gave him whatever he needed to come up with the money. I gave him the 55" track as well. He got a great saw that was as good as new. It still has 900 days left of the warranty.

Re: Ts 55 REQ

I don't think our cases are the norm though but I ain't been over onto fog for a while so who knows. I only get over there to find out if new tools are coming out.

But overall I had 2 tools I had to send back. One was the ts55 recall and one was my vac. The ts55 come back pretty quick and was fixed. The vac works but the noise it makes drives me crazy. They did change some bits in it but it didn't fix the noise.

Re: Ts 55 REQ

That was fast! Good for you. Will you keep your long track and get a couple of the shorter Mafell tracks to use as well? Their connectors look slick as hell.

Yes after talking to the guy at Timberwolf, I'm going to keep the 118" FS 3000, along with the other tracks. I will order a Mafell 55" just because I'm curious to see what kind of quality it is. If I ever need to do a bevel cut I will use the Mafell track. From what I understand that's the only thing that's not quite compatible with the mt55cc.

Just curious... What's a red saw with a 55" track run?

I'm jealous

The customer service I received from Milwaukee was absolutely top notch. The customer service I received from Festool can be compared to the DMV.

Some guy sold his for $400.00 on FOG. See they do hold their value. Does not appear as if the ad was up that long either.
