Skytrak 8042 For Sale

aux. hydraulics w/ swivel carriage, new tires, new hydraulic lines in the boom.

I bought this machine new in 2001. These pictures are from 2011 right after I painted it. I think that the hours are around 1300, but I will need to remember to check that at work tomorrow.

I looked around and I should be able to get close to 40k for this machine. The swivel carriage was a $5k option.

I also have a Miosha approved work platform for sale.

Yes. Three steering modes: Front wheels only, All four wheels for a tight radius, and crab.

I'll take some current pictures and get the actual hours today. Hopefully I'm close on the hours and won't embarrass myself later.

Re: Skytrak 8042 For Sale

It won't be the first time, but it looks like I should be embarrassed. The actual hours are 2415. These pictures are from today. The only real damage is the step is dented as shown in the last picture. It doesn't have the original seat with seatbelt, I replaced it with a tractor seat.

Re: Skytrak 8042 For Sale

I think 40k is a reach for it. I browse them occasionally online, and it looks like 30-35 for a similar year and hours. Looks to be in really nice shape though.

I was gonna ask, what's shipping on that?

I'm guessing you can't trailer it yourself? What's it weigh?

I know my Tele-Handler weighs 24K, but it's a little bigger.

Haven't found out the shipping will be, I had my skidsteer brought up from Tennessee, and that was $1,000. I'm guessing probably double that.

The data plate says it weighs 25k without attachments.

I got the 36' work platform with it, I'm guessing that weighs around 1,000-1500, not sure what the forks weigh....

Did you get pictures of the platform? That’s pretty big.

I got a quote to get one shipped up from Florida and it was around $1000.
