Starting A Construction Cleaning Company

I'm getting ready to start a construction cleaning company. I'm starting it off the back of my husband and my construction company.

My husband has a lot of contacts that I could use, I'm just trying to get some information on how I would, should pursue it.

My question is,

How should I quote jobs, are there different phases to it, is so what are they?

Thanks for all the help!!!

Re: Starting A Construction Cleaning Company

Have done a few and they were horrible. You couldn't schedule them because they would call the day before and say they weren't ready. Then they would call and need it done that night as it was getting handed back the next am.
