In Search Of Rate Book.

Hello to fellow handipersons and contractors. I just came across this forum and it looks like a great one by some of the topics that I have read so far. I stumbled across this site while searching the web for a rate book for the handyman trade that I am now thinking on getting serious about. I know that they are out there and I need a little help in tracking one down. I now work in the retail side of the construction trade ( I manage a home centre) and over the years have helped a lot of people out with their home, house and construction problems. Now i will take the bull by the horns and apply my skills in hope of supplementing a soon to be retirement income. I plan to take on small scale construction jobs and need to know what sort of time frame would be needed for different jobs. So any help in locating a rate guide would be much appreciated.
