Not New, But New Name, Difficulties Recovering Old

I've had this problem before, but when I try to recover my password, I receive nothing, but when I try to rejoin using the same e-mail, it says I can't use that e-mail. I then tried another e-mail, and I apparently used that one the last time I tried to log in years ago but couldn't. I finally get a new e-mail, and all the info inputted, and it gives me a "page not found" I do it again, and success! Just thought the higher ups should know that everything is not working so well on the password recovery/sign up process.

There has been a lot of talk about this over in the site feedback section. You can post over there, and Cricket can get you recovered.
