New To Contractor Talk.com

Hey guys. I am a sales rep that is currently working with a company who is in the process of getting a GC license. Until then we are working under another contractor in our area in order to pull appropriate permits. My boss, the owner of the Southeast General Contracting located in Longwood, Fl, is wanting me to break into new business. I have been finding it very challenging not being able to walk in saying that we are actually a GC. We have been working with a large nursing home company that has allowed us years of experience in that particular industry. We have found this niche to be very rewarding and would like to grow this niche by getting into other healthcare facilities. I appreciate all suggestions in helping me gain new business in the healthcare markets.
