Found the forum from an online search
Question: are we allowed to bump our own topics?
Thanks

Sure, as long as you're reasonable about it. Every couple of hours... uh, no.

If the question is fairly urgent, I'd say a bump every one or two days is okay. Many members only log in once a day, once a week or even longer.

I found this site while reading advice on tile install on a firearms forum. Someone referred to this website & it's a great resource.

Re: How Did You Find This Site? Welcome!

i found you folks from the google!

I'm about to start a remodel on a house I purchased. The usual ya know, remove walls, add walls, add a bathroom, bedroom, and a WIC closet. I'll start a thread so I can update it from time to time.

Where do you find the time to do any drafting and design?

I used to be a member years ago when I first started my painting company. I did a rebrand several years ago and now am looking to get back involved within the community.

Re: How Did You Find This Site? Welcome!

I think I answered this, a long time ago.

I came up with an idea to put my tools in a cargo trailer. Pretty much had my whole plan. Nobody had what I was doing.
I was doing a little research online, for something to do with the cargo tool trailer. Found this site. Then I found out, I wasn't the first one to think of it. There was a whole thread about it.
Oh well. Not the first, but the first one in my area. Now everyone has a tool trailer.

Re: How Did You Find This Site? Welcome!

Wow I haven't posted here since 2007 and yup I'm still in business! But seriously how could I pass up this wealth of information. My company is Garden State Renovations and I operate out of Long Branch NJ. I'm a GC primarily in the home improvement aspect of the business in which most of my clients are from the outlining shore towns. Things have changed over the years there's no more yellow page marketing, most if not all rely on internet marketing which I'm still getting my feet wet, but Im seeing a vast improvement in calls.
I'm here to also find solutions to typical problems in addition to advertising/marketing but also estimating, bidding and difficult customers. lol.
I enjoy when I have free time surfcasting, bowling, golf, playing guitar in my band and enjoying my grandkids,
So here's to renewed interest in this great forum
