Damn Nice trailer. Way to upstage me in my own trailer build thread. [emoji23] JK

Love seeing trailer builds. Mine is always a work in progress. Though since my business colors are bright green and black. Not sure ai want to paint the inside just yet.

Finally built my Paulk workbench. So far I'm loving the workspace. Already had the storage built for it.https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...19d31aee30.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...24c010980a.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...87ee1edac8.jpg

Here that birch ply if it's ĺ" is 60 bucks a sheet.. I'll paint the AdvanTech OSB, here it has to be treated anyways.

it sucks when you get one that wont stop bleeding and tape wont stop it either.

I keep a few :blink:sanitary napkins:blink: with me for the bleeders. The are really good at soaking up the blood. That and some tape and it's back to work.

Build it youíll love it . I love mine , a very functional workbench.

I built mine out of A/B pine, about 1/2 the price of birch . Every time you set it up , everyone asks about it .

It is a little bulky to transport, well worth it to find a spot for it on the truck though . Not a problem if I can bring the trailer

Amazingly generous of Ron Paulk to share his designs with the world .

How wide is your passageway up the aisle? Looks a bit tight?

Pretty sure you mean single rear wheels (SRW).

txgencon 10-02-2019 09:28 PM

I took the time to read the entire thread looking specifically for comments about axle ratings. The trailer S4S has obviously has two 3500# axles. I just sold my 2017 12,300 GVWR one ton cutaway with a 14' Supreme box. Looking for a 7'x14' v-nose cargo trailer with two 5200# axles and a roll up rear door. Damn hard to find one with a roll up rear door without it being 800 miles away. Have had cutaway vans with barn doors and roll up doors. Worked around guys with trailers with rear ramp doors enough to know I do not want one with a ramp door.

I hear that talk about the termites up in Organ but they can't be too bad if you can build out of that stuff. Here I'll use all treated because the bugs will get in it if I don't.

I bought the plans,, I'd give him the 10 bucks for the idea. It helps him and me.. that's like a whiskey of the month and a beer at the pub.

I'm sure he appreciated the shot and beer..

Thanks. Though I am rebranding my business late this year or early next year. New trailer wrap, new website ect. Current name doesn't reflect business direction.

No but not actively pursuing only low voltage work now. Headed toward the remodeling side of things which includes LV work but my minimum pricing now has me above market value to hang a simple tv or run a cat6 to relocate a router.

Thanks man. Yeah just landed my largest job to date. $105,000 +/-
I went kinda high cuz it's far from my house and still landed it. Really makes those small jobs look kinda dumb compared.
