Freightliner 170" Sprinter Van Question

Our company is looking to get a delivery truck Box van type vehicle and I'm trying the change their mind to a sprinter van. A box truck just seems such a bouncy hard ride when loaded (Used an Isuzu NPR before) I'm using this truck to deliver hardwood flooring supplies, finish, stain and small flooring deliveries, so would anyone know how this type of sprinter van rides loaded and would it be worth getting in lieu of a clunky box truck? Thanks for any help! FYI looking for a diesel.

Buy a CC Sprinter and you can have the best of both worlds.

Rides very nice but repair costs are very high and reliability is iffy at best
Hopefully a MB dealer is close, Freightliner dealers don't have a clue when it comes to fixing them they just throw parts at it and hope you go away.

Rent one from Penske or Ryder and see how it does with your typical load. Spend a couple of hundred dollars and someone is bound to learn what is appropriate.

If the $$$ to rent is too expensive then I'd stay away from the Sprinter and check out used Transits and Promasters. They are much cheaper used and some fleets take decent care of them. TruckTrader.com has a lot of them listed.
