F150 - Best Options For Contractors

I am looking at used 13th gen (2015+) F150s. I am fairly certain I want one with the 3 across front seats and not a center console. I am flipping back and forth between super crew and super cab but either way I likely plan to pull out 1/2 of the rear seat to have inside space for my Tstak boxes.

Is there any must have option? I was thinking the tailgate step but not sure what else.

Re: F150 - Best Options For Contractors

Kinda limited on Being particular about about options on used vehicles. Though you are looking at trucks that are only a couple years old so Iím sure thereís a ton of off lease trade-ins and such that are available on dealer lots

I would focus on 2 or 3 larger things that are really important and search from there, for example 4x4 and crew cab f150

Personally I wouldnít care too much for a tailgate step because there are better aftermarket options out there

For a bed step I have one like this and I love it. Drop it down when I needed and kick it up when Iím done

Re: F150 - Best Options For Contractors

On my 2013 Super Crew the rear seats fold up and I fit three stacks of Systainers inside the cab which is very nice.

I have the 5 seater, my brother has the 6. I like the look and function of the center console better than the 6th seat.
