Durun Tires?

Anyone ever heard of these?

I bought some Camaro wheels for the wife's blazer and they came with 185/60/ tires on them. The blazer looks like a mexican gangster's lowrider with these tires on it.

A dude on Facebook has some durun tires he wants $300 for.

Re: Durun Tires?

Durun is a cheap alternative offered in a lot of national tire stores, you'll get 30,000 miles out of a set, but I would keep a good eye on the tread for the last 5,000 miles.

Yep, still works great.. other than some maintenance and an exhaust leak, I haven't had any trouble.

Re: Durun Tires?

You've got yourself a good wife. If I came home with those on my ole lady's car she'd be pissed and give me the, "I don't give a damn what you want to do with your vehicle, {tuned out for the next 5 or so minutes}, so please, please just get me a normal set of tires".

Personally, right price, I'd ride them until I knew I could sell'em for the same price I bought them for.

Even with the gangster tires, the rims were a major step up, it was embarrassing even for me to drive before. The bolt pattern on these blazers is stupid, I have been looking for 2 years for a set of rims so as soon as I saw these I jumped on them.
