Does that kit come with organizers inside the Packout? Or are the tools just tossed in there?

Mine had a little tray in it.

I don't think it's like the smaller packout organizers that come with the insert for your tool.

Not that I know of. The smaller ones have them.

These drills came in two half boxes, I put them both in one full box.

Re: TBA Meeting (Tool Buyers Anonymous)

My One Key kit in the Packout, was well packed with cardboard inside. There are no plastic organizers at all inside, which I would remove if they did come with it, as I prefer maximum storage capacity. None of the little shelves that you get when buying an empty Packout, which kinda sucks.

Nice score cuz! You're gonna like it for sure, love mine. Just need to find the right bag for it to cut down on the dust. Can't find a clear answer on the exact bag that fits.

I retrofitted the Festool elbow then used the Festool bag. It works pretty well

That's one hell of a score. I thought I did good paying 499 with 4 batteries.

Home Depot had them for $250 with 4 batteries this past spring. Should’ve bought one.

You’re welcome and glad it worked out. A few weeks ago they had four @$400 ea with computer showing $350 ea. I offered $200 but they said no, so I left. Today, computer showed $250 so $200 seemed more reasonable and they said yes. Probably would have been marked down further but then timing needed to be right to get one. I probably should have bought all of them and sold bare saw on CL to get the batteries for free, but then the whole CL hassles...

If anyone sees any in stores, regardless of marked price, have them scan the bar code to see what computer price is. Also, look up on the high shelves, there could be a stray leftover.

Re: TBA Meeting (Tool Buyers Anonymous)

I believe Tool Nut had the Makita saw, four batteries and 55” track last year for $500., no tax, free shipping (they now charge 10% to ship to Hawaii). When you subtract out two batteries and track, this was a decent deal. It’s also why I had offered HD only $200 to begin with, weeks earlier. HD also included the two extra promo 5.0 batteries last year with the purchase of the saw.

Re: TBA Meeting (Tool Buyers Anonymous)

That's a damn good price. Be tempting even if you're fully set up with festool track saw stuff just as a back up.
