A small piece of commercial carpet and some sanding sealer works well with the doors in place.

Re: TBA Meeting 2 (Tool Buyers Anonymous)

I'm having a real crisis right now. Im having a real hard time not going up to the depot and buying a new miter saw. Does 60v have a lot of ass behind it? Like more than the Kapex?

I've never used a kapex, but I am pretty happy with my Flexvolt slider.

The Kapex doesn't have ass behind it.

Re: TBA Meeting 2 (Tool Buyers Anonymous)

If you're itching for a flexvolt track saw, the price just dropped to $479 for saw, 6ah battery, fast charger, 55" track and tstack box.

https://www.amazon.com/DEWALT-DCS520.../dp/B072K4W58Z

(Amazon price is usually a hundred higher...)

If you want to run full kerf blades skip the Flexvolt and just get the 110v AC model. Justin says he knows of 1 or two that burnt their Flexes up running full kerf... FYI.

That's a great saw. Line of site isn't great if you're left handed though. I'm working it out as we Lefties always do.

I do love that saw. I was very surprised at how light it was.

I seen at hd for $219, if you go by kms again try to get some credit. They will price match and you can get some "free" blades
another tip buy the blades at same time as saw and get %10 off the blades at kms.
