Yeah $250 for that would be a solid deal for someone needing a couple of those tools.

I sold my M12 stuff in favour of the M18 a while back, and kind of regret it now.

the m12 drills remind me of the old school Makita drills with battery in the handle. Well balanced.
one tool I want that's m12 is the soldering iron, so many times im running a cord outside to solder some wire on the trailer or truck

I had the old brushed one, and I absolutely flogged the thing. Drilled 1" holes in 1/2" Mild steel. It let the smoke out at least 3 times, but I'd just let it cool down and then get back to it. Still lasted for another year before I sold it.

Re: Share The Tool Deals (Canada)

Just showed up as a recommendation in my news feed :
A great 12v drill... I've got the prior generation. This is a good deal to get in to the M12 lineup :

Re: Share The Tool Deals (Canada)

I'm waiting on Nov. 15th, going in to get HD to price match KMS for the Milwaukee 9ah batteries at $129. I decided I probably don't need more 5ah this year. Also thinking about getting the compact radius light but that's more of a want at this point. I need a new radio, and I'm thinking I'll go with the m18 bluetooth radio charger again, but I wonder if they'll announce something newer and better come the new year. 🤔

Now that I think about it, I'm surprised that they haven't already. I know dewalt has one for their tough system.

Wera is the deal of the day on Amazon. I don't follow their prices closely, but it looks like a legit sale to me, and they make some very nice screwdrivers.

you have any dewalt 20v tools?
the tough system radio has AMAZING sound. The bass ressinator works great and thumps. I often have to dial the bass down on the job site. and I've never received so many complaints from customers for being too loud, I love it.

Just the 2 flexvolt batteries that came with my grinder. If my Bosch powerboxx was bluetooth, I wouldn't buy another radio. I love that it's a GFCI splitter and has solid sound that's loud enough for big light industrial projects. Just hate leaving my phone attached to it Probably just going to use it for the next while and see what comes out.

Re: Share The Tool Deals (Canada)

The Depot has 9ah Milwaukee batteries for $129, and Packout for $198. I don't *need* something like Packout, I just know it would be good in the future for times I'm not doing industrial.
