Need Help With A Porter Cable Framing Nailer FR350A

My dad recently died, and when I tried to use his framing nailer, it wouldn't fire and was leaking air.

I opened it a few months ago, but didn't have money for parts, and can't remember if anything else was broken besides what is shown in the picture.

I can't remember if there was a broken o-ring or not.
Can anyone tell by looking at the pictures if the only part I need to order is the COLLAR - PU Part #:910767 http://www.toolpartsdirect.com/bd-910767-collar-pu.html

Here is the full part list and model of my framer. http://www.ereplacementparts.com/por...1719_2241.html

There is a DIY forum that may be more appropriate.

That depends on whether other parts need replacing. No one here can tell you that. Most people would order an overhaul kit or seal kit, but that really depends on what parts are damaged / worn.

You need the collar order that and go from there, its only four allen head bolts to remove the head, you make c/k the o rings on the piston, and c/k the piston stop.

Lets hope the giggling pin on the laughing shaft is not worn out.
