Lowe's is dumping the line because they need valuable shelf space for more cheap, Chinese made tools.

I noticed it last summer.

They went from carrying the "big" 1000 count box, to carrying the the little box...

I stopped looking for them there. I don't even know if they still carry the screws.

Dollars to donuts, they will still carry the Kreg Jig.

I wait for a sale at Rockler, and stock up.

McFeely's has them fairly cheap, ive found places on amazon for like $21 for 1000 count. No one around here stocks the 1000 count boxes, PITA.

I haven't seen the big box of screws either.

What I was interested in was the Kreg Jr for $40 and they don't seem to carry that anymore either.

I was thinking McFeely's, after I posted.

I wasn't sure if they carried them.

Just nice for convenience at local store and not waiting for online delivery . If ran short on a job or bit break in half .

Re: Lowes ( Kreg )

I buy mine from woodcraft as they stock a lot at my local store. Never looked at them in lowes but I have noticed the section has gone to almost nothing. Bosch seem to be taking up silly amounts of room in the tool section here. They even have all the Bosch lboxx things here too now.

I have switched to all torx fastners...I use these for pocket screws in both fine and course.

Tenon, try Clark deco for your screws. They stock a ton and prices are way better than rockler.

Same here. A 25# keg is around $70. Lasts for quite some time.
