I thought of that. It conjured up an old Three Stooges episode.

Re: Job Site Trailers, Show Off Your Set Ups!

Just a few pics of my trailer I pick up and set up this past July. I drew on inspiration from a thread on this site and took a few ideas I liked and molded them together to fit my needs. It has evolved a bit since these pics, but not much. Just some more shelves in the upper cabinets, tie down rings on the long shelves to the right to strap ply and doors in place with, added a 1500W inverter and deep cycle battery, etc...

It's a 2014 Look Element, 7x14, 7' tall, screw less exterior, V-nose. Loving working life now days . Best $ I think I have ever spent!

Well I can use a hammer with either hand. So really that is why it is hanging backwards in you mind.

Re: Job Site Trailers, Show Off Your Set Ups!

Here is my work in progress (several years in making), a 7x14 Roadmaster tandem.

Rigged up some shelves on left for medium sized tools (guns, skill saw, sawzall, routers etc.) with room for electric comp, table saw and chop saw underneath, gravity stands take up a lot of room but they are awesome. Cabinet and shelves in the front for small hand tools, extra bits, blades etc and fastener storage. On right I have a bench for the brake. I need to find a better place for the feed roller but right now it just rides behind it. Bench is nice because if I need to make quick bend I don't have to drag the whole brake out. Bench also allows for storage underneath, pumpjack brackets, shingle cutter and gas comp. Also on the left which you can't see I made a bin for long handled tools, magnets, shovels, wall jacks, brooms etc. Also on the end of that I made a bracket to hole aluminum straight edges, levels and to hang clamps. On the top I have three racks with pumpjack poles and picks, couple of ladders and couple of wooden planks to use with roof jacks. pumpjacks and benches themselves just ride in back of trailer. Trailer is all wired up with two lights, 3 outlets inside and one outlet outside with power feed for generator or cord outside.

I also run a 6x10 dump which I have removable wooden racks for. Great for just roofing jobs. Picture is from recent clean out job we did.

Well once you put the tools into a trailer you realize you don't have enough so you buy more tools

I built a storage area for my 10' brake, the legs fold up like a stretcher in an ambulance and slides in.

All cabinets have plexiglass on them to aid in finding items for workers

Re: Job Site Trailers, Show Off Your Set Ups!

Thanks Inner10, build them on down days or storming days, sanded 1/2 plywood and finish grade pine 1x's for most of it. Found a 4x8 sheet of laminate at Lowes for $5 on clearance, thought that would make a great counter top instead of just plywood I had. I have it wired with 110 and a compressor hidden under cabinet, I plug in and lights, chargers and compressors come on. Air lines are copper and have numerous drops throughout, along with outlets. It's my baby and I'm always changing things here or there on down days.
