It's just empty boxes, they want all their stuff back. You have to pay for shipping too.

Re: Festool Fan Club Thread

Allright. The order is finished.....emailed to the guys at ToolTown in Paramus, NJ.

I have a job up there for the next 6 weeks and they always seemed like a great independent tool store.

Anyone have experience with them?

The order is topping out around 12k. Any advice on how to save a couple bucks? I know the prices are set, but they said they might be able to help on the accessories and supplies.

Also. with the new internet tax law, it looks like I might not be able to save anything by ordering online. I'm puckering up as I get closer to F-Day....any negotiation advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks, Jonathan

The only way to save is buy the packages or wait for sales on some tools which hardly ever happen. They prob won't be able to do much in the way of reducing the price of stuff because they will get in big trouble. I have spent stupid money on festool gear and all I got for free was a couple of Tshirts and a few stickers lol

Make sure you post pics. What did you end up getting?

Oh yeah don't try and stand on the dolly and use it like a skateboard. I busted my ass 5 seconds after taking it out the box.

Re: Festool Fan Club Thread

I worked for those.

I guess I need more T-locs for that new t-loc sys cart.

The Sys roll looks like it will be quite useful.

I would have got the sys roll as well but I can't see any situations where it would be better than the cart for me. Plus the cart takes up sod all room. I rolled me tools around with me when I was putting cabinets in today. Was real nice just pushing it around to where I was working. Its a perfect height as well to sit on with a couple of smaller systainers on. Glides around so smooth.
