Equipment Issue In Kobelco SK 290 2001

I have a problem with my Kobelco SK 290 2001 Excavator. Sent three equipment dealer mechnics out and they cannot seem to find the issue. The excavator runs but poorly. What it is doing is listed below. Would greatly appreciate any help on this.

Track motor/pump is much weaker on one side. Will pull to left if going straight

Track Pumps are okay - Switched pump lines already - did the same thing - they are on the same circuit

Stick Arm hesitates when pulling it in but goes out just fine

When you turn off the machine and leave it sitting with bucket on ground - the next day the bucket will be lifted 1' or more off the ground - It does this by itself not turned on.

If you have had a similar thing happen to you please let me know. Not sure best way to fix or what to check now.
