I think that's pretty achievable, just the continuing stuff is kind of a pain but if it means i can do what i want to do for the rest of my life then i think ill give it a crack ? just need to research more

Im considering texas. i dont even know yet, the licensing seems okay there.

haha yeah i know. Where would be the best place to go for this sort of thing? I dont mind where..just has to be okay with licencing requirements and i guess a good place to live for 1-2 years.

If you are going to come to Texas you better come now. Within the next six or eight years the wuss party will take over and will be California number deuce. Do you want to know what Liberty is like come check it out before it's gone.

Maybe if you build a few houses before they regulate the hell out of the state you can get grandfathered and with the rest of the Cowboys. LOL
