Expansion: Looking For New Products

Heya Guys

So my boss is interested in expanding the company's repetoire. Currently, we do Dryvit stucco, and seamless Gutters. He's an artsy kinda guy, does stucco mainly for the look.

I'm looking for new products we could expand into. They would have to be slightly different from the norm, with a lot of room for creativity. If they require a trowel, all the better. My boss loves the idea of expansion but is very picky about what he does. Any ideas would be wonderful.

I have a personal stake in this as well, since the more I learn now, the more I can do once I'm totally on my own (instead of partly like now.)

You could keep expanding in decorative concrete work .. may be add decorative concrete flooring work too. I was personally interested in Decorative concrete stamping before moving towards asphalt surfaces.

What about venetian plaster. My last three homeowners have all asked for it in one place, or another (from vent hood to entire rooms). Very "artsy", and high mark up (at least in my area).
