Advise On The Purchase Of Concrete Spray Machine

Hi, we are looking to purchase a concrete spraying machine, to assist with the Installation of pool shells. We are potentially looking at manufactures such as Mayco, Olin, Swing and Putzmeister. We are looking for a machine capable of pump unto 9-14 m3 an hour. Any advise or guidance on these machines is greatly appreciated. Thankyou in advance

The Shotcrete process isn't really a topic of discussion on these forums, poolman. I do know that Putzmeister has been around for many years though.

Re: Advise On The Purchase Of Concrete Spray Machine

Do You have enough skilled men to run TWO hoses?, looked like a lot fewer cold joints, all other things being equal...

Good credit, looking at several years work buy quality NEW machines with upper end dealer support/ service / emergency rental machines ready if yours breaks down.

Long term, quieter = More production per $ of Payroll/ and safer work place. IMO

IM experience, grout pumps HAVE to be cleaned every day of their lives, lazy operators short stroke hoses = dirt in power units/ Air compressors, keep the $$ away from the grit and dirt of concrete = extra cheap years of service, use additives to ease pumping harsh aggregates, avoid super hard aggregates if at all possibly.

Season long profit sharing for pumper operators?, maybe shared with the company service person?

Test out the competition via renting each brand/size that interests you?

Brexit effect the brands available In G B?....????

But orphan machines "might " sell cheap enough to use? with less support.
I might be an Idiot, but I know things that You don't: Please wait till after you get my know-how to insult me....
