Attaching Azek Fascia Boards

Just wondering if any of you are having problems with contraction and expansion. I prefer to hold my fascia up flush with the top of the decking rather than having my deck boards overhang the fascia. Also, are you mitering the corners or butt joint ..... glued up / no glue ?.

If you do a search there are countless threads addressing this.

Can I ask why you prefer to put your fascia flush with the deck boards?

I have no particular preference, I let the customer decide, but, i do like picture framing as it helps keep water / ice / debris away from joints. Just wondered what most other guys do ........ i just joined CT ..... did that search and found lots of info..... thanks.

Lots of knowledgeable deck builders here from all over the world. Why don't you go introduce yourself in the intro forum so we know where you are from/ who you are.
