Wine Room

My first wine room. All cypress as is the rest of this house. It's a 9x4 area underneath a stair case. It has a small a/c & dehumidifier unit that Draws air from the adjacent room. We had to hide a 3/8" drip line in the left corner of the taller side that will collect in a dummy wine bottle in the rack. I guess these really don't produce much if any water because it's drawing from inside the house. We'll see. All together it will hold 253 bottles, 36 magnums, 14 large wine glasses, and decanters on the shelf. It was fun to make. I'll assemble the last few racks tomorrow.

Looks great. That was a good use of the space under the stair. It's gonna be fun clear coating all that cypress.

Who's idea was the nebuchadnezzar-sized cubbies on the bottom?
