Before And After, Jacked Up Bonus Room!

Hey guys,
This was a room that was added some years ago and had a cracked and sunken slab in that dropped 3"+ into the back corner.

The homeower had just bought the place and was surprised when I told her that I could tell the floor was cracked through the carpet. Also the chiminey was leaning like 2" as well as walls which were pulled in all directions. Inspection report listed no problems with this room.

2nd pic show new floor, break the old slab out, it was hollow under it for the most part, jack up the walls and pour new concrete under.

Also my first built in.
