If a body shop can't match the paint they shouldn't be in business.

Going through my Archives and came across this. Was asked to to diagnose leaky window and provide proposal for repair. I gave a proposal, but never heard back. Wonder how that turned out?

Found these 2 gems in an un-permited butcher job addition. First one is a custom arched entrance from main house to addition.

That is the back door to go outside and it's open in the pic blocking access to the addition. So a left through the custom arch goes outside, a right goes down basement and straight ahead is the kitchen. Real nice set up!

Those three month shingles will quickly fill up gutters and cause them to fail every time so yeah, time for new gutters.
