Epoxy Basket With Bolt ?

Old PT stairs going away. New PT stairs going in.

The rise is 9'-6" btw.

I'll attach a 2x10 or 2x12 to the block wall. Have to be surface mounted.

Anyone use 2 -part Epoxy (tube) with baskets and threaded rod ? Never have used them for this application, but are familiar with them ?

Or any other input on attachment of stringer support ?
