Heading home early. My wife tempted me with bbq burgers and beer. What could I do. Yummy.

Pretty slick. What did you use for stops? I can think of a couple ways, but one of them I know you didn't do, because the tubes are below the bottom of the pipe

Worked all weekend long--putting the labor in Labor Day, I suppose.

Formed and poured a 9x9 slab at the house. 44 bags of concrete by hand. Might need a vacation from the vacation.

Little brackets from lowes. They come in a four pack. Pretty affordable storage solution. The pack even comes with screws.

Yes sir, laid 12" block all day. Finished a basement at 2:30, came back to the shop and unloaded the truck. And finished up the evening with KFC (it was my night to cook)

You're a beast.

I worked. Three little jobs and one consult. Easy day, but stayed busy.

Re: Who's Workin' Today.

Lets see...

Played hide and seek with my kids and their cousins.
Drank beer.
Cut down a couple pieces of timber that I'm going to mill up.
Drank a beer.
Had my nephew help me dig some holes for some post.
Drank a beer.
Played more hide and seek.
Drank another beer.
Ate some curry, hung out with my sister and BIL for an hour and then...
Drank the last beer.
Then the best part, me and the ole lady labored for 22 seconds.
No more beer, so I've got the tube on.

I'm done killing myself so my kids can enjoy stuff, I want to enjoy my kids.

Good day!

A bit of smoke hanging around from the wildfires, but yea, I love heading up these roads. We usually find a creek on the way out to stop and cool off and get a fresh drink. This creek (can't really see it in the shadows on the left) is a regular stop.
