What Are You Drinking Tonight ?

Here, it is Twisted Kilt-a scottish style ale from Thirsty dog Brewing Co.- which is conveniently located 3-4 minutes from my home.

Last night it was Blue Moon with some mussels I cooked up for my wife and I.

Finishing up a Batch of October fest( also Thirsty Dog.)

in a few weeks I will switch over to Great Lakes, Edmund Fitzgerald- my favorite porter- that will be the basic house beer from mid. November until spring---- but after Thanksgiving we lay in several cases of Great Lakes Christmas Ale for Holiday guests( the expanded holiday household will go through 2-3 cases of that)

so what is it in Your neck of the woods?

Shiner Bock, Dos Equis, some local brews from the local brew pub.

I drank a bunch of Blue Moon at the Blue Wave owners tournament down in Mustang Island this year. It was free..... it was good even if you paid though.

I also like Heineken, just rarely drink it. Shiner is my beer.

Been cut way back on beer since May. I cant stand that Ultra stuff, and a lot of calories in beer.

Drinking some assorted micro brews my mom bought.

She doesn't know beer at all, so what you get is an adventure when she is buying

Right now is some local Ontario pumpkin ale. I am not too sure how I feel about this.

shiner makes a heffenweisen that I like once in a while-- ya gotta be in the mood for it though.

Blue Moon is not really my thing- wife likes it,and since I had to talk her into the shellfish I thought I would get something SHE likes. Heinenken, I don't think I have had that since 1982

Tetleys smooth flow at the moment. I have a cold so I was drinking Rye for a while (forty creek), but I'm almost over it so instead of my usual Wernesgruner, I'm drinking English/Irish beer. Tetley's a bit cheaper than Kilkenny so....

I like Shiner. Their Octoberfest that is out now is good, but I really like the Black Lager

I don't like the real hoppy stuff, just don't

Re: What Are You Drinking Tonight ?

Just finished a Sam Adams Harvest Pumpkin Ale, moving on to the Ruby Mild. I guess I like the Sam Adams variety packs. Wife mentioned that I should make a trip to the redemption center so I looked at the pile. It's gotten large again and I notice that it's about 95% Sam Adams Variety packs.

But I'm getting back into home brewing. I have an apple pilsner in the fermenting bucket now, ready to rack this weekend. And I'll be starting another batch of pilsner style this weekend in case I don't like apple pilsner.

Planning on a pumpkin ale to start later. Might be time to expand on my brewing equipment to speed things up.

Good Luck
Dave

Shiner Bock, blue moon, and craft beers. I just don't like IPAs or really hoppy beers, I dont enjoy that much bitterness.

Of course Budweiser is standard. Not light, I hate light beer.

Blue Moon's pumpkin was kinda disappointing, love their nectar ale (when available) and the regular. Tonight....probably some Captain Morgan Black and coke, tried it a few years ago and now its my go to drink.

Are the really hippie beers brewed with cannabis?

Good Luck

Wish I picked up some Guinness too. Black and Tans are my go to in the winter.

No, those aren't my dinner dishes and my two year old did make off with the opener.
