Re: What Should I Charge?

The Square foot price is only close on flooring and ceilings.........Don't forget the upcharges for all the Mechanical thingys and code required accesses.

Fireproofing columns... Air supply for furnace room?

Linear feet of walls + short wall addon + angled/Curved wall %up charges + less then 8' high charge or over 8' ft. charge.
Closet addons, Bathroom bump up, special window detailing?

It would be a good spot for Paperless Rock....

Access, any sally ports or alternate entry points beside One stairway? Any existing electrical service and Water & drain? Lighting?

With the lowest illegal Immigration #s in 46 years, is the drywall business starting to go bilingual?

Re: What Should I Charge?

Good to see the site still got the same exact login issues it had last time i was on

Was looking on google to see if anyone had found a way to fix the issue of HKC not cutting through 2x's on the track at a 45 and CT page come up linking back to here so thought i would say a quick hello.

Things been crazy with work had another kid he's 7 months now 5 year old is now speaking at last. yes still have a hate for Apple products. But i will admit the facial recognition is awesome. Note that comment as it wont happen again

Good to see the old faces on here still. Wish i had time to hang around and talk more $%@& but got a ton of paper work to do and diapers to change.

Re: What Should I Charge?

Add about 3% to the cost of materials. That should be good for the final price of the entire job.
