It was a math problem. Warren is (at best) a 14 year old boy who joined in 2005.

Maybe not as much a math problem as it is a problem with the math.

Re: What Keeps You Coming Back To ContractorTalk.com?

Joined back in 2010 I think... for some wood floor finish help and really enjoyed the broad conversation. I keep coming back because I really do like knowing how others run their show, different techniques and tools used by others, and because on one level or another we all can relate to life things. Also love seeing the work done by some real pros! And of course I really like my imaginary internet friends!

Re: What Keeps You Coming Back To ContractorTalk.com?

All joking aside.........

When I was regular working carpenter I worked around many other carpenters that were extremely knowledgeable. Sometimes there were 100 carpenters on one job. When I became a contractor my company is small without all that knowledge coming to work with me daily. It's nice to have a conversation with others about technic and tools. Something I miss dearly is the camaraderie of the big crews.

Re: What Keeps You Coming Back To ContractorTalk.com?

I will say this place was better when it was less regulated. I think thatís why itís basically just the same handful of guys from 5+ years ago. Nothing really entertaining to keep people coming back enough to get them hooked.

Fake friends sounds so cruel.

Imaginary Internet Friends. Or IIfs. Up until you meet them in person each and everyone here is an IIF.
