Which isn't really the relevant so I'm not sure why you bring it up.

You seem to have good experience and knowledge with your niche business and that's great. But heavy lifting? Don't hurt yourself while you pat yourself on the back...

You could go back and read the rules of the site and remind yourself of what is and is not allowed so your "20,000" views post doesn't get removed in the future.
