I just enjoy getting to know everyone in the community.

Since I spend way too much time at my computer I have to hit the gym every day to try to keep up.

Re: What Do You Do To Keep Physically Fit?

Mostly I hit the treadmill and the pool. On weekends I grab my camera and take some pretty long hikes to photography nature.

Last weekend I spent walking the beach down on North Padre Island.

I hate a treadmill....... unnatural.

I like South Padre But not for long walks, although now that I am married and settled down that is what I end up doing

It the cooler months I prefer my walks outside, but once it starts hitting the triple digits, the air conditioned gym starts looking a lot more inviting.

From wiki
The original Silenus resembled a folkloric man of the forest with the ears of a horse and sometimes also the tail and legs of a horse.[1] The later sileni were drunken followers of Dionysus, usually bald and fat with thick lips and squat noses, and having the legs of a human.

Are you the original or the later sileni?

The room where they do spin classes (at my gym) taunts me while I'm on the treadmill, daring me to try...

Re: What Do You Do To Keep Physically Fit?

The problem with cross fitters Is their more interested in posting on Facebook after every little workout. I had to block about 20 people on Facebook in the last 2 years because all they ever did was post about how much they are lifting or how many jumping jacks they have done. Who gives a **** lol. It's like the people who post every night about how many miles they run. Who ****ing cares lol.

The kind of bike with tires is cool. You can ride it up hills and do sprints with it, and be outside! On a hot Texas day, start at 5:30 am, that's what I would do.

Mountain biking. It's brutal though. I always seem to be sore. I try to do twice a week. I ride with guys who are better to way better than me so I'm always playing catch up. Rode Sunday and ended the ride surprising a couple going at it in the back of a pickup. So, that was cool I guess.

Especially when you hit a root going downhill and end up in a bush or tree.

All I have time to do is work every day.

I try to eat right. And not drink too much beer. But how much is too much?
Exercise?

I blocked most of the people I workout with. I have told them they get way to carried away with posting all that crap. I annoys the heck out of me as much as the next guy. That is why I answered with one word.
