Re: Uber/Lyft

My family and I have used Uber many many times. It's a great service.

Using any business including a taxi cab is a crap shoot.

Congratulations to Uber, the Worst Performing IPO in U.S. Stock Market History

Uberís 7.62 percent decline since hitting the NYSE makes it ďbigger than first day dollar losses of any prior IPO in the U.S.Ē
According to a market analyst they might be profitable by 2024.

Re: Uber/Lyft

Whatcha think about Turo or Getaround?
People rent their cars, peer to peer.
Guy near me has a 2017 Z06 white Corvette for $225/day. 650 hp/T-top, white; all you have to do is pay the fee ($225/day--1 hour or 24 hrs) and premium fuel. Like a rental, have to fill up on return. $1 mil insurance is included in the day rate.
I'm thinkin about it

Re: Uber/Lyft

If I could have got an actual phone number, then the other day I would have used Uber to get from Pontiac to Oxford.

Both Siri and Google failed me.
