Re: Totally Random Thoughts... (Part II)

At coffee this morning, couple in booth behind me with 2 year old.

Constant crying, screaming, and hitting my back and back of head.

I asked nicely twice to restrain their kid.

Third time I told them to restrain him or I was going to buy him a big bag of skittles.

They ate quick, quietly, and left.

Re: Totally Random Thoughts... (Part II)

Never had a problem telling people to take care of their kids and take them outside or whatever. I didn't come to dinner to listen to your Rugrats scream their head off. They are cute to you, I don't need to share in the joy lol

Any time I took my kids when they were very young to dinner if they started to whine at all I took them outside. Whataburger/chickfilla, cafe whatever. Immediately. I also never took them to nice restaurants. Classless.

What's worse is a lot of these kids are like five and six. Good lord.

Parent letting a kid cry in resteraunt, any resteraunt, is A micro qassem of our ****ty society

Re: Totally Random Thoughts... (Part II)

I am rarely shocked by people's actions after I get to know them, but I was today.

Went back for a one year walk through check up on a house I built last year, nice place. Younger couple, in their thirties.

House reeked of cat piss - cat hair everywhere. Does not look like they have dusted in the entire year. The house is picked up and looks organized, but they just don't clean. I almost gave them my housekeeper's number lol

You would never guess it to meet them. Very professional, well groomed, etc....

There's a cat in my house. It's been here for months. I can't wait until it leaves.

It's not even that bad of a cat, but man, life is so much better where there's not a cat in it.

You ain't kidding.
I haven't been in my living since Christmas, because it smells like a cat's ass. Doesn't matter how often you change that litter. Could be hourly. Still smells like a cat's ass the second the cat's ass gets near it.

Re: Totally Random Thoughts... (Part II)

Our shop cat had kittens. They stay in the shop. She was feral and had kittens on the mezzanine a couple weeks ago. I hate cats, but this one is actually pretty cool. We just look at each other good morning, maybe a scratch on the head, and she goes away. Keeps the coons and rats away so I just have to keep the door cracked open so she can go outside to do her business and hunt.

It's like having a kinda game wild animal.
