You seem like you do a decent business volume-wise for ply... Don't you have an Atlantic Plywood in your service area?

Re: Totally Random Thoughts... (Part II)

That's who I use. I use less plywood than you might imagine. But I probably do 30K business with them a year.

They are close, they carry finishes and their reps back them up and will come by if you have issues. They do color matching for free and usually pretty quick. Plywood is their sticking point with me. Slow pick up service. When I go there I usually burn more than an hour. Frustrating at times. Plywood quality has been getting worse as the price goes up. Good thing is they are 15 minutes away.

I have another place that I use. It's farther away and they have less selection but I go there and I'm in and out. Usually have better pricing but most of the time when I need 3 things they'll have 2 of them while Atl Ply will have all three and I'm not making two separate trips to save $100.

Prom season recently ended-----why have I not seen garters hanging on review mirrors?

Another right of passage lost?

Last few I've seen were on girl's cars. Pretty much a dead practice here.

Sucks when you're the kid but it pays off in the long run.
Nah, my brother and I turned out just about the same, he wasn't hard on him, he didn't need to be. LOL.

I don't think anyone would have put me in the Easy to raise box LOL

Funny thing. She seems a lot younger than when I was a kid.

There's a lot of things I'd tap today then when I was a kid.

It was a symbol, I had 3 from the same young lady. Would have had 4 but we knew it was over after over after 3 years. Broke up between her senior prom and mine. She said she’d go, I told her it was okay.

She was off to college, I was set in my career.

I probably ended up at some short track prom night. She knew she could not compete with the cars in my life.
