Mine were the 1/4" L clip style. I only use the spoon or beaver tails.

no I did the math to convert to gallon.
1.60 per liter. some places are 1.72 but I think they are doing it to get on the news for the highest gas prices.

When I was a kid we had an above ground pool, 12x24'. The base was dug down a foot, had about 8" of 3/4" gravel...or maybe it was crusher run I don't remember exactly. Then the remainder was stone dust that was meticulously leveled and tamped. After the walls and braces we're set 2" of EPS was laid before applying the liner.

The liner was re-used so it had some imperfections and pinholes that occasionally needed repair.

One day I'm swimming and I find a plant, little plant about 1.5" tall growing through the bottom if the liner. Poked right through.

How?

Re: Totally Random Thoughts... (Part II)

Just purchased flags for this weekend. Got extra in case someone else could use one.

Last year, I drove all over heck to find them. This time, went directly to where I got them last year, and they were literally the first thing inside the door.

Re: Totally Random Thoughts... (Part II)

I bought a dozen last year like that. Nice flags but had to drill a hole through the dowel and put rod through the hole to keep the flag from slipping down.

Re: Totally Random Thoughts... (Part II)

I shoulda checked for that. There's some gorilla glue buried some place in the truck. Will do the trick I think.
