Re: Totally Random Thoughts...

Wow what a rant I went on. Sorry bout that. I'm really pretty easy going, and no that relationship didn't last long at all. Sometimes I look at my x boyfriend choices and go "what the hell was I thinking?" And sometimes I go "Drugs should not be so accessible!" Lol. I'm kidding.

When you said he was a roofer I thought you were going to say he'd get home, sit on the couch and start heating up a spoon.

Rants are good sometimes. Not good to keep things bottled up. I was wondering if your ex ever joined the CT group. And if so, I wonder what he'd think if he read that post: call you up explaining how he turned over s new leaf and wants a second chance. Ummmm, you did cut him loose right, and not the other way around? lol

Ew. Is that a common thing for roofers there ?? I don't know any roofers that do that and I know pretty much all of them in Dallas.. Well any of them that matter I should say.

Funny you ask that. I did think he joined at one point but after he said something stupid i ran him off. You know how you can just tell by the way someone writes that its them. The uncommon misspellings like "injoy", the use of "are" in place of "our"... or "an" for "and".

You know, the kind of things that irritated the crap out of you while you were dating.. That made you well aware of the fact that this guy was not for u . Like having to hire a hieroglyphist to decipher his text messages. Or have my 6 yr old read it aloud so I could try to figure out what he was trying to say.

Yeah, he is history . But no. , he would never apologize for anything. His ability to reason is worse than his spelling.

He accused me of sleeping with my nail guy???

Yeah... ya got me.

Some of them do that here, too.

Roofers and drywall hangers.

Re: Totally Random Thoughts...

Yep. My asian nail guy who is married w 3 kids. Hes been doin my nails for 14 years. Wow.. that's crazy right. Long time. I mean love me long time! Lol.

He accused me of sleepin with the dog trainer too. I would just roll my eyes and not even respond. I remember telling him "Look dude, I cant keep having this conversation with you every few days! If we are going to date then you're just going to have to know I'm with you and find some security in that. Cuz if I wanted to be w someone else, I wouldn't hide it.. i would be w them right now instead of w you. So sweatin me about it all the time is pointless and really it makes me not have any respect for you, cuz if you really think I sleep w every dude I come in contact with, then why are you still with me?"

Then I'd follow it up with "wow, having to constantly defend myself about chit you make up in your head really gets me in the mood. Im going to go home now, I have a nail appointment at 2 am anyways."

I guess "nail guy" means different things to some people. I mean, it did to me. Mine drives a van and comes to the job site.

Re: Totally Random Thoughts...

Yeah. It does. Its offensive and immature. And anyone who meets me knows right away that I tell it like it is...to everyone. Customers, friends, I don't really care. I'm rude. Aka Brutally honest.

So at what point do these guys suddenly start thinking that I changed. And what really trips me out is that if the relationship meant that little to me, that I would jeopardize it by cheating, where do they get off thinking they are important enough that I would TRY to hide it from them?

My best friend josh, says my super power is turning men into bitches. Its funny that what attracts a man in the beginning usually ends up being the quality he despises most. Like independence.

Another example... strippers, boy they get all the glory and admiration until they become your girlfriend... then suddenly its a problem.

What is it ya'd say, you guys actually want?

Lol, yes. Im talking fingernails, but out of curiosity, what does a "nail guy" do by your definition? Or are you referring to the nailers ..aka, guys who know how to nail shingles?

Re: Totally Random Thoughts...

You had me too: fingernails was not even my last thought. I thought you hired a guy to specifically nail your shingles. If he thought you were having an affair with a guy who paints nails for a living, you must have some really beautiful nails.

With all that sleeping, how do you get any work done?

Re: Totally Random Thoughts...

. Out of curiosity, does the fact that I was referring to the guy that does my fingernails make the story anymore ridiculous?
