Because golf is a pastime not a sport

Hmmm.. commercials on cable TV. How did we let that one slip by us? Where was the outrage?

I'm giving notice to the company next week. It's either going to go alright or the boss will go ballistic. It's hard to know with him.

Because a vehicle is one of the hardest environments to get quality sound reproduction in. Road noise, reflections, cancelation issues, cabin gain, and odd path lengths make it waaaay harder than an open room on the same input power.

"why did my old gfs 80s chevette get 40 mpg and i f i want that now I have to get a stupid hybrid?"

Because with today's safety standards even a compact car is damned near 3500lbs. More mass = more energy consumption, no way around it.

"Whats in sonics ocean water?"

Sprite and blue coconut flavored syrup.
Stupid phone app..

Bosses like that are horrible to work for. I have somewhat of a short fuse, but it's pretty clear when it's lit and what lit it.

It used to take an act of congress before I'd lose my cool. A few years of dealing with idiots on all fronts has cured that.

Re: Totally Random Thoughts...

If a husband and wife are both police officers, do you think that they speak in "police code" when they are at home? I often think that that they would constantly ramble off names and numbers as if they were communicating over the radio.

Like for instance, saying "One-Robert-Ida. Need a 15-27. Please advise at your discresion. PSSHHHHHT" could mean "What would you like for dinner?" or "Fourteen-twenty-seven. Gotta 33-11 Sam-Robert-Alpha-One." could mean, " Can you help me in the garage for a minute, Honey?"

Dear HEB, I have a confession to make. I may have (in fact it is highly probable) left drool all the way down the bakery aisle. With displays like this one though, you should be thankful I didn't start licking the glass. (grin)

Sounds like a scene from a movie.
